I bought Greymoor from the official www.elderscrollsonline.com site on June 5. At the time, the site was PROMINENTLY advertising that the pre-order bonuses came with it on the purchase screen. I was unsure, but asking around on social media, other people told me that they had got the pre-order bonus purchasing at that time. Also, usually at my brick and mortar EB Games store you would often get the pre-order bonus on launch week for other boxed games.

However, after I made my purchase I did not receive the pre-order bonus items (e.g. the mount). I have raised a customer support ticket, however the technician is refusing to grant me the preorder bonus.

@ZOS could you show some understanding and compassion please, and provide my account with the Greymoor pre-order bonus. I see that this is how loyal customers, who buy from the official site and buy the Collector's Edition to boot are treated by you, when they could have bought it from G2A, etc.

Otherwise, I would like to request a refund for Greymoor. As I consider this very deceptive and misleading advertising. I would not have bought Greymoor new if I knew I wasn't receiving the pre-order items, I would have waited for a sale.
