HUGE problem with Thrassian Stranglers - Must fix ASAP

Hi there. I love these mythic items, they're interesting and add a whole new level of complexity to build design.
There is however a glaring problem with the Thrassian Stranglers.
This problem can undo a lot of work building your stacks, and totally ruins the game play.
It breaks immersion, and just generally makes me feel bad.
Thrassian Stranglers stacks are to be removed when you go invisible, stealth, or die right?
Then why do I lose my stacks when I crouch for just a moment.
I am not entering stealth, I shouldn't lose the stacks the second I tap my crouch button.
Seriously guys. HOW THE HECK AM I SUPPOSED TO TEABAG MY DEAD FRIENDS LIKE THIS.
You're ruining my life ZoS.
