Getting Disconnected Every Zone Change

After this morning's maintenance, I'm being disconnected every time I change zones or use the wayshrine, regardless of where I am (mostly unpopulated zones). If I try to log back in, I'm kicked back out to the login screen again. The only thing that fixes this is exiting the game completely. Anyone else have this issue? I haven't experienced this until today and I've been playing for years.
