Still no access to Greymoor

Hi,
I still have no access to Greymoor, nor did I get the items from CE and pre-order.

I bought the chapter 14.05, sent a ticket 15.05 (pre-order mount was missing) and since my agent asked
me (19.05) to show my bill (which I sent 22.05) I didn't hear back and no one, no support member anywhere
told me so far when this will be fixed.
Actually getting the feeling that that they treat it like this problem doesn't exist.

Is anyone working on this?

Yes, I did.
I noticed right away that something was off as I didn't get the pre-order mount and sent me to
the publisher of the game to write a ticket.

Yeah.. Its OK if you purchase crowns or ESO+ from Steam.. but if u bought a chapter upgrade, it activates when you login from Steam.
Its very annoying because u have to download the whole game again...

I only have the game once and I can start it without or with Steam.
I actually tried to log in with Steam before after release of Greymoor,
but it didn't give me my chapter and items. Another player told me
they did get their stuff from logging over Steam again Thursday or
Friday, so apparently something got fixed in the meantime.
So I tried again yesterday and it finally worked.

Virtually I waited 2 weeks for the support to help me, got ignored for
over a week completely and another player was able to help me while
not even getting paid for that job.

Truly amazing.

We are still looking into issues with some players unable to access Greymoor. For players who own Greymoor and still cannot access Skyrim, please open a ticket with customer support. Please be aware that ESO Plus membership does not grant you access to The Elder Scroll Online: Greymoor content.
