I still have no access to Greymoor, nor did I get the items from CE and pre-order.
I bought the chapter 14.05, sent a ticket 15.05 (pre-order mount was missing) and since my agent asked
me (19.05) to show my bill (which I sent 22.05) I didn't hear back and no one, no support member anywhere
told me so far when this will be fixed.
Actually getting the feeling that that they treat it like this problem doesn't exist.
Is anyone working on this?
