Shadows on grass/foliage turning on/off.

Since the Greymoor patch, I've had a bug where the shadows on grass/foliage will turn off for a second and then back on. This happens every 30 seconds or so when moving through the world.
I've tried: updating and rolling back drivers, updating Windows, setting my gpu back to stock, repairing my game client, and changing my in-game settings -- nothing's worked. I'm kind of at a loss at this point as to what it could be; I'm guessing it has to do with the latest patch, as that's when it began cropping up. Anyone else having similar issues? It's not my gpu or cpu temps either, the highest they ever get are the mid 60's.

So it seems this bug was related to the new TAA that was added with the last patch, as it goes away completely when turned off. Pretty unfortunate, as TAA makes the game look much better -- hopefully this will be looked into and fixed.
