Can`t change language

Hello!
Yesterday changed language to russian, today wanted to test one thing and tried to change language back to english.
Language changes only on launcher, but game keeps opening in russian.

Try running a repair through the ESO launcher to update your game files. Doing this may allow you to change the language again.

Thank you for answer.
BUT it didn`t work. Problem stays the same - launcher changes the language, but game keeps opening in russian

Tried to "repair" client twice - while russian was on and second time english was on.

There could be an issue with your "UserSettings.txt" file leading to the wrong language. Recreating this file may help resolve your issue.

Navigate to the Documents folder. (It'll be under favorites in the Finder option)
Documents\ElderScrollsOnline\Live\
In the Live folder you will find "UserSettings.txt".
Create a backup then delete the text file.
Open the ESO launcher and run a repair again.

Done what You wrote about, after repair tested to russian and back to english - all works fine.
