I'm eso+ and I cannot enter Greymoor

When I try to fast travel to Solitude I get a message asking me to upgrade the chapter. When I try it the screen informs me that the chapter is purchased, and nothing happens. I'm eso+.
I've tried open a ticket, but the usual ordeal started of impossible log in, etc, that I presume you know well.
Please help, thank you

    You have to buy the chapter, it doesn’t come with eso+

    Also at the moment the listing will look a bit weird as they had to tinker with it to get the folks who bought physical collectors versions

    Please close this ticket. This is not a bug, it is a feature.

    All new major story content requires a fee to access. Typically, when a new chapter is released, historically, at some point previous chapters have been converted to DLC and covered through the ESO+ membership.

    Not strictly accurate. "Chapters" require a fee to access. That is all. It is all in the label, not traits of the actual content. Describing it otherwise is unnecessarily confusing.

    After a year, the zone content of chapters are usually converted into a "crown store DLC." Extra classes become crown store account upgrades.

    Unfortunately, even after a few years, how ESO+ is marketed is still confusing, though they fixed their language to allow for chapters.

    “Chapter” is a term used to pretend they haven’t broken the promise that all DLC’s will be free to ESO+ subscribers. It’s content, it’s downloadable, but it’s not a “DLC” so pay the $40.

    Thank you all for driving me out of my delusion, mates. I'd be more disappointed if I had not gone through the zone quest already in PTS ;)

    As there are multiple threads ongoing about Greymoor access issues we've decided to close this thread.

    We are still looking into issues with some players unable to access Greymoor. For players who own Greymoor and still cannot access Skyrim, please open a ticket with customer support. Please be aware that ESO Plus membership does not grant you access to The Elder Scroll Online: Greymoor content.
