I would say the convo would be more like ......

Gina : Right guys, I am sick fed up of getting messages from annoying self entitled spoons who think they know how this stuff works but in reality have no scobby. Do we have this release locked down?"

Support : Its cool Gina, the flux capacitor has been tweaked and is operating at peak capacity

Dev : We can confirm that on the internal test servers the flux capacitor tweaks have made a 15% improvement.

Support : *chuckle*

Gina : All ok from support there?

Support : Yeah all good, sorry someone posted a meme of Richard as a lurkkitty, its pretty good.

Gina : Ok - what about test results - we got that back from PTS yet?

Tester : Lol nobody uses test in any volume so we can not prove anything really ..... we keep asking for incentives for players to go to PTS for us .... you know some crappy non combat pet we could hand out to accounts on live if they spend 2 hours on PTS for us for each big release like this but noooooooo we dont get the budget for it seeing as that flux capacitor cost so damn much.

Tester : We also havent been able to test access management as it isnt turned on on PTS or our dev servers but there is a implementation task for support to set that up as a config step so its covered.

Support : We have replaced jenkins with the thanos workload automation tool, its really cool we just snap our fingers and its done for us. *chuckle* - sorry more lurk meme`s ...... it will speed up the deployment by at least 3 hours.

Gina : Ok so we are good to go ahead

Support : *Mumbles* If this doesnt get us more funding to improve the system performance and an invite to ESO Live to answer questions nothing will <insert evil laugh here>

I always wondered what race is this. It is elf, but not altmer (skin is not golden), and not a bosmer (too high).

I work for an IT company, and I must say doing major projects like this remotely is a huge undertaking and feat of management and teamwork skills. Most teams in the IT community that I know about have fallen flat on their face with even simple things. I think they are doing a fantastic job with this, all things considered. A couple hours delay is nothing.
