Constant random loading screens recently while not doing anything

Is that only my problem? Over the last couple days i get constantly - while just doing writs or even just standing around and talking to a merchant in Rimmen - a sudden loading screen that is also really long (like >1m); for not doing anything...i never had this in the past?

Neophyte✭✭✭I logged on to ESO for the first time in a month. I logged back in and I was in cyrodill near the base. I’m was on my stamina nightblade so out of habit before I moved I cast shuffle and and dodge rolled into a loading screen. RIP 👍0 -
