What is going on with this issue? Any official announcement? Gameplay is completely gimped atm...
I'll be sitting at a nominal 60ms~ then it seems when other elements become involved, PVP or PVE.... things start to go haywire... was in a duel in Cyro' and the lag was jumping from 400ms~ to 999+ (red text)...rubberbanding, etc... bars not switching...then it would suddenly calm down, etc. I'm on Verizon FIOS, business-grade connection.
