Transfer character

Can you transfer xbox account/character to PC? Bethesda, if you can't, do you plan on making that available. I'll pay for that service if it is not to pricey.

I'm sure Zos would love to, I don't see Sony or Microsoft getting on board unless they are compensated for the account and items being transferred.

So for example if you wanted to move from PC to XB1, Microsoft would want compensation for everything on the account being transferred, all crown purchases etc. which would come out of Zos pocket. The converse would also be true, moving to the PC, Sony and Microsoft would need to pay some sort of compensation to Zos.

I don't see that happening.
