Need help finding specific Summerset quest disguise, outfit style or motif.

During the Summerset intro quest line, Raj provides an elegant disguise to wear to a meeting but it’s not the usual equipped disguise as with previous quests. It auto-applies and then gets removed (he takes it back) when the quest is done but... I NEED THAT OUTFIT!
Does anyone know what it’s called and if it’s available somewhere as a lootable disguise, outfit style, costume or motif?
Edit: Here’s a screenshot of the elegant disguise albeit not the greatest/clearest shot. I just snapped it in a rush. I need this outfit!
