My stamina keeps getting stuck at exactly the same value for about 10 seconds or so, even when away from enemies and casting no abilities. Then it jumps up all at once, like its catching up to where it should be, but you can't use that stamina in the meantime. Is this a known bug? Anyone else seeing this?
