Can someone in the support team move items out of my mail before they expire

So a thunderstorm knocked out my internet and it wont be fixed for a couple of days.

Can someone please move "rewards for the worthy" that are about to expire out of my mail for me. I have stacks of them from the mid year mayhem event a month ago but since i don't have inventory space to spare so i just store them in my mailbox.

I was planing to deal with it today but no internet...

Edit:I tried to send a ticket but it wouldn't load on my phone.

    My guess, and just a guess, this is a long shot. While I hope Zos is able to help you in some manner I expect the 30 day life of mail is intended to help with things like this.

    Have you tried a different browser in order to open a ticket?

    If you have issues on your phone you may need to try a different device.

    Okay, it worked on my default brower rather than firefox.

    But now i am not sure if its working hours for you guys any more damn time zones.

    Okay my internet is back \o/!

    The storms have been knocking out my power regularly over the last couple of days as well.

    I am now able to log in what do I do about the email mail I am expecting to see when I get in?

    It doesn't matter, we managed to get the internet repaired in time for me to log on and get my items.

    "a Month ago" message but the items hadn't dissappeared yet.
