Rock Bottom FPS Since Patch

I used to get 90-100 fps all the time. Since the patch, it has dropped to 20-40 and really choppy. It's making me sea sick. Turned addons off, still bad. My computer is a beast so it isn't the issue. But I won't be able to raid or do dungeons like this.

✭✭Go to: Documents/ESO/live folder and check the size of the ShaderCache file, if the file size is very large it might be the cause of your fps problems. I did that but my fps is 30-50. Still not good.
