Pretty much every MMORPG has people complaining when their skills get changed. It is an age old rite we have.

Regardless, a no vote is a vote of no confidence in Matt and Rich themselves. They approved this as no change of this size would be implemented without their agreement and even direction. The buck always stops at Matt.
