I used to know of a setting in-game (not sure if addon, but I COULDN'T find it under game options with all addons off) that would make the mailbox/friends online/notifications persist as shown in my UI screenshot:
I can't find the setting, and whe making a new toon I have the chat window fade away after a second or two after removing my mouse from the window.
Anyone know where the setting is? pChat? Azurah? LUI (and modules) other? Any help would be appreciated.
