What happening to customer service now a days. They do not respond to tickets. I got social banned tried to appeal of ban and get some information but ı couldn't. ı opened that ticket on 11/01/2020 Still no answers. Whats going on ? ım playing that game since 2014 ı have like 300 games but mostly playing eso. Im really too close the break up. I dont like it

As others have pointed out, you need to reply to the auto-reply. Annoying but the norm these days.
I find CS these days much better than they used to be, but if you hit a dead end with them you can try complaining to Better Business Bureau. If you have a genuine case and they can see that, then they can contact ZO and help you to sort it out.
be patient...everyone have their patience and it have different limits for many
and tbh there need to have very much of patience as for waiting for such thing while being paying customer what is goign with it..supporting this game, devs etc while they at all doesnt care to much about their customers when it is going to support tickets
and btw I dont see to much this thread being same to another but with just same beggining of story to this...I just see this thread being now about overall of ESO "great" customer service and more like questioning about this
Not sure if your social ban was a mistake or "hard earned". Let us say it is the first.
As I have also waited for more than a week (different case) to get a CS response, have my sympathy. Being unable to get information and answers is frustrating.
But it is also frustrating to see so many spammers, toxic and insulting ppl in zone chats (craglorn f.e.). They should swing volenbandrung way more and procc some tasty temp bans
I opened up a ticket today on their website. Now they have this fancy system for categorizing the ticket, but what really stood out is how that entire website and process screams GO AWAY! When I finally do get one submitted, the response is "don't call us, we'll call you, and by the way, we won't be calling you."
In my experience, they are doing this all wrong. All. Wrong.
Jeez. I've never had one problem with support. I've done various tickets and replied to the first "bot" one, to keep a channel open. How hard is it anyway?
