Returning player, starting Magaplar

Hello all. As the title states, I’m a returning player from about 2 years ago. Not gonna lie, jumping back in the game has been overwhelming to say the least.
I decided to try and start fresh by creating a new Magplar which I will be starting after work today.
I plan on building this character for primarily PvP purposes. Any tips on leveling, builds, things I should be focusing on while leveling 1-50 etc would be greatly appreciated.
Also any things that might have drastically changed in the last 2 years would be nice.

✭✭✭✭✭Start your horse speed training immediately and do it every day. Very important if you want to run with any keep/resource capturing group in Cyrodiil. Everyone is running with 60 horse speed and Rapid Maneuver (Alliance skill).
You can do the Alliance war tutorial once you hit L10. That will get you some skill points and a couple levels in the Alliance skills.PC NA(no Steam), PvE, mostly solo0
