ZoS - What did you do to BG Queue?? No-one has gotten into a BG all day! 4+ hours in queue

I thought perhaps I was bugged this morning until people in my guilds started asking if anyone else was having trouble getting into BGs.
I cannot find a single person who has successfully Queued up for a BG today on PC-NA.
Is this how we get ready for MidYear Mayhem? What is happening! I need my murder fix ZoS.

✭I just tried getting into BGs on Xbox NA with low and high MMR characters, both had multiple 20+ min waits with no BG match being found. Definitely still broken.
