[Bug] Can I get my Flawless?

So, I have dropped in at least three tickets in the past three days and gotten a total of zero response. I am now going to try the forum and next up Twitter. This is what happened:

I finished it in 1 hour 11 minutes and full vitality (0 deaths) I never left the arena either. It was one single run.

The game glitched in ice stage where after I killed the boss, trolls won't stop coming in (no fault of mine, I killed them all as well)

And when I finished, it said I had 15/15 vitality but I never got the title. It took me months to do this. I would like my title, thank you very much.

I would do it again eventually (tried now and died to mushroom in shield lol) but this seems unfair to me. So someone who can look into this?

    Better off not getting a response tbh. When a buddy of mine didn't get his Immortal Redeemer title they just told him to get it again.

    I will get it again eventually but the first ever title held a lot of meaning for me :/ which is why.

    Nevermind the lack of basic courtesy Zos. I went and got it again, but a simple response from customer service would have gone a long way.

    Oh well. I guess things don't work like that here.

    ZoS doesn’t care about that. I had a game crash after leaving 7th arena and my templar finished with 15/15 and didn’t get the achievement :smile: crashing is still considered as “leaving”.

    Anyway, if you are anywhere decent - you will have no problem making another flawless run

    Yeah I got it again. It's just that I found them rather discourteous with their absolute talk to the hand attitude.
