Salix_alba✭✭✭✭They seemed pretty adamant that this was not possible I have no idea why something tied to character creation I suppose. Having said that they have stated that they are reworking the account system and mothballing inactive accounts over a certain amount of inactivity.
Maybe when they redo that they will rejigger the character creation system or add new features to it that allow it, but as yet there is no talk of faction change other than to flatly say no.0
