I opened a customer support ticket 8 days ago.I got a response (possibly automated) which apparently hadn't properly read my ticket, just responded to the quest name. I immediately responded by email (as suggested) explaining the problem again. After that I heard nothing in over a week.
I eventually managed to locate my ticket online, and discovered that support has replied to me there, but no email ever reached me. Is this a common occurrence? Should I not count on getting email notifications?
(Note: In case anyone is wondering, I did check my spam folder - nothing there either).
