Best Method/Addon for Mass-Mailing?

Hi all,
I need to mail some Guildies and want to know what:
1) the best method is to accomplish this task
2) which addon (if applicable) is currently best to help with this.
I'd also like to know if there are any rules pertaining to this as I don't want to accidentally get banned or anything for mailing too much.
We usually stay at 500 members.

✭✭✭✭✭There aren't any rules exactly, but sometimes the server filters will catch GMs doing mailings as spamming messages and they'll wind up with a social ban. If that happens, the best thing to do is contact Support and they can lift it.0 -
