Apparently it is part of the new dlc. Though don't worry, the majority of threads will be for nerfs and not about the current performance that we are going through.

Zos likes it that way, just look at the forums.

Ahhh brilliant, another 'feature'. Never had this one before, nice!

The nerf threads say more about the person posting them than the actual problem I find.

Unfortunately, this one is old. Do anything that causes the game to generate a lot of messages for you, and you get booted for "spamming the server". Never mind that it's the other way around.

Go craft the items for a couple dozen master writs, and turn them all in without waiting for the messages. So you get tons of messages queued up: "you got a quest, here's what to craft to complete it, oh you crafted it already, you turned in a quest, here's your rewards". 307 booted, come back in 15 minutes, you horrible spammer you.
