Maintenance for the week of March 25:
• [COMPLETE] ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – March 28, 9:00AM EDT (13:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EDT (16:00 UTC)
I have 2 computers, but only one has EHT installed. If I were to install EHT on the second machine will it automatically see the FX I put in from the first machine, or do I need to copy the files over?
Specifically, the second computer will need the EHT addon installed on it to view or see any FX, yours or anyone else's. You will also need to copy your saved variables file from the first computer (the file where addon data is saved) to the second computer to ensure you don't lose any of the FX on your own plots.
Copying the saved variables folder will also ensure all of your current addon settings for all addons are preserved without you having to reset them all. By default, saved variables is located at: this PC -> Documents -> Elder Scrolls Online -> Live -> SavedVariables. Be sure to install the EHT addon first, however, as without the addon itself, the addon's saved data won't do you any good.
I copied the saved variable folders and now all my FX’s are on the other computer. In case anyone is interested, EHT works on the Mac OS version of ESO. I normally play on Windows but have ESO installed on old 2012 iMac. To my surprise EHT works fine on it including all my FX’s. @Chryseia thanks for the help

Just saw this thread and, once again, have to thank you for helping each other out. I appreciate the Community driven support, particularly when I am just seeing this thread now, days later. Now I feel slightly less bad for being so late to the game.
