Literally no enemies spawning at all, and cannot progress the dungeon.

and ping 300+ constantly without any other program running in the background eating internet.

    Yeah I had high pings/low fps running around doing the DLC

    Edit: How long as Zos been working to add to EU's capacity? How long will it take? This started early this year.

    Yep, the server has been completely unreliable.
    I honestly think it started before the patch though, ever since it crashed Saturday night it hasn't been the same.

    Having the same issue in Skyreach. Adds are standing in the same spot walking 1 step forward, then 1 back again; not following me at all; some walking slowly as if they had 27 snares stacked on them.

    Basically the kind of behavior you see from adds if they servers are crapping themselves and you're about to get forcibly DCed.
