"Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 24 DLCs. 40 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. ✭✭✭✭✭Actually, my guess is a PVP event of some sort. Wheeler will be in Cyrodill as an non-Alliance player and people will have to chase him around and kill him for AP.1 -

It doesn't work on games when you can build 100% for not dying.
It starts you off with nothing and you have to earn your stuff.
For black desert you started with a random class and had to find gear and skills. So it was really a test of how well you could adapt to what you get.
But in black desert the scripts cheating was so bad it was closed.0 -

If you are talking about a brand new character, that would basically be a complete new game, not ESO.
