One with Higher Cost and CC
One with Normal spammable Cost and no CC.

Dont touch the dmg.
Dont touch the animation.

    I mean dizzy shouldnt lose it's strength. But since players are having a hard time playing against it, it might be a better idea to make the Dizzy user using it.
    You know.. just like Reflective plate shouldnt be destroyed to please those struggling against it.

    Uppercut has never, ever been a problem, not even when WB was the reigning burst stam spammable.

    I know it's cliché at this point but it is a l2p issue, and this coming from a magicka player.

    For once I agree with you, OP. I'd even go a bit further and say revert all dmg nerfs and put it back to 1s cast time. Nobody complained about Dizzy when it was like that. Or was it because Zeni decided to nerf all other options into the ground? We will never know...

    Right, I don't get that "everyone uses it, it must be OP" mentality. I mean it's a self fulfilling prophecy. You got option A, B and C with are somewhat equal. Nerf A and B and wonder why everyone uses C all of a sudden. Continue to nerf C. Balance achieved, everything sucks equally. Great job, community.

    I do wish they’d find another solution that would result in the knockback staying, if only because I’m against the skill homogenization going on and it was just plain fun dang it. Increasing the cast time is the adjustment that comes to mind.

    I like your idea a lot. Of course it won't happen, but still reasonable. Here where I'm at with it. Dizzy should be like frags, only chance to proc a stun after using another stam ability. Doesnt even need to be instant

    I'm a stam player and nerf dizzy is the best thing they did as in the case with dots. Who advises to return old time of a throw, let's return old Onslaught along with this. Then it won't look like a one-sided game.
