I'm relatively new to this game. I like it but I'm not going to make a time commitment to relearning my character every patch. These changes are extreme compared to the many MMOs I've played, where things may get a 5% tweak or a nudge one way or another. 30, 40, 50% change on skills? Way too much for me to want to wrestle with. I don't feel like I'm adverse to change (I'm learning ESO right now and doing ok), but I don't think being in need of completely overhauling my build and rotation every patch sounds fun. It sounds stressful and annoying. There are tons of great games out there. Why should I continue to pay this company when my idea of fun and it's idea of 'patching' so clearly aren't aligned? I'm really bummed. I was settling in nicely here.

Being OP has not elaborated on anything other than they would quit their ESO+ if they had it it seems they pay little to nothing. Not exactly the type of player Zos is concerned with.
But honestly, threats of quitting subscriptions are pretty empty. Stop paying anything and actually stop playing the game. That is what sends a clear message yet enough players continue playing and paying so that total players increase every year despite these promises.
BTW, my comment of players increasing every years is based on the only metric we actually have, Steam Charts and they show a clear and constant increase in active players.
