Try disabling any addons that affect chat. for me it wasnt a singular addon, but a combination of two. Something in the patch changed how the api affects chat related addons.

    Heya.
    Yeah I've got the same thing. I'm presuming it's an addon issue (so not ZOS's fault). I'm having a play around and if I find the culprit, I'll let you know. I have my suspicions though.

    OK hopefully it's the same for you but the offending addon, in my case, was Guild Notificator. It's best to just uninstall it as I checked and it hasn't been updated for over two years.
