Can't access Imperial City
I "purchased " the free Imperial City DLC yesterday, accepted the quest City on the Brink, received mail from the Alliance High Command titled "Imperial City Conquest Begins!" that ordered me into the city -- but I can't get into the city. I tried using wayshrines, but when I brought up the map of the Imperial City there weren't any to jump to. What is the correct way to get into the city?
