Remote Desktop Play

Hello guys, has any of you played ESO from a remote device? But over the internet, not over a LAN. I don't have an NVIDIA card so not using Moonlight either.

I tried to do it with the Chrome Remote Desktop app since it is free, responsive and light.

The problem is that when I'm already in-game it won't hide the cursor and I can move it around while the game is not in cursor mode, so the screen moves in an uncontrollable way.

I can press "." and access the in-game cursor mode and it runs just fine and I can use the menus, look at my inv, etc., but aiming is near to impossible, as is walking by consequence.

Has any of you successfully played ESO over Chrome Remote Desktop? Or can you recommend an app like this that won't have this problem?

Disclaimer: before you tell me that there will be a lot of lag, etc. I want to state that I only plan to use it to do the Crafting Writs and to Get Skyshards or do overland content. I now there will be some lag in display and input.

steam link. doesnt matter if you dont have eso on steam just add it as a non steam game or tell your steamlink app to close big picture mode and you can access your entire desktop. Even works on phone, just hook up either a bluetooth kb+m or controller. its laggy since it's an online game being re-streamed over another internet connection (wirelessly) but it works well enough to do my writs at work.

I have tired several RDP solutions over the years, none of them worked real well for gaming.

I have not tried Steam in-home streaming / Steam Remote Play and am not sure if it will work with non-Steam games.

I have tried Teamviewer, Moonlight and Rainway. Rainway was the best but still not good enough. SInce then they have made a lot of upgrades so feel free to check them out.

it works with non steam games. either add them to your steam client as a non steam game or exit big picture and you'll have full access to your desktop. nice way to play minecraft without buying the seperate pocket edition :D

THANK YOU! Steam Link worked beautifully.
For posterity, here are some detailed instructions.

ON YOUR REMOTE DEVICE (MOBILE, DESKTOP, ETC.):
    1) Download the Steam Link app for your remote device from https://store.steampowered.com/remoteplay#anywhere
    - The links are under "Download Steam Link" on the right (as of the time of this posting).
    2) Install Steam Link on your remote device.
    3) Steam Link will display a 4-digit number. Remember it.
    ON YOUR ESO COMPUTER:
    4) Launch Steam on your computer with ESO on it.
    5) If you don't own the Steam version of ESO, add it as a Non-Steam Game in your Steam Library.
    6) In Steam, go to Steam > Settings > Remote Play > Pair Steam Link and enter the 4-digit code you got from Steam Link. Steam Link on your remote device should detect the pairing.
    ON YOUR REMOTE DEVICE:
    7) In Steam Link, connect to your linked computer.
    8) If it's unable to connect, then you need to forward the following ports to your ESO computer's IP address in your network router, and ensure they are not blocked in Windows Firewall (or any other firewall): UDP ports 27031-27036, and TCP ports 27036-27037. If you are unsure how to do this, just search for "how to forward ports".
    9) Now that Steam Link is connected, you can start playing! While using Steam Link, hold the ESC key to access the menu to end the game, or stop streaming.
