EU PC cyrodiil - game keeps crashing

Since last patch fix, I am getting a lot of crashes in cyrodiil. there isn't literally 10 minutes of clear gameplay. And it isn't problem on my side, many others have similar problem.

    Can confirm, people are crashing left and right on cyro. Maybe you can revert the changes introduced with this patch again?

    Had two crash in an dungeon to.
    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    Been crashing all the time since the Elsweyr patch, during normal pve gameplay. Crashed in the first five minutes today.

    Since today's maintenance it's just awful, the game keeps crashing again and again in keeps (5 tonight so far).

    ESO support forever : "Thank you for posting a link to your PC specifications. After looking over the DxDiag report, I've noticed you're PC has both a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti and an Intel HD Graphics 4600 chip. Please check your Nvidia settings to make sure your PC is utilizing the RTX 2080 and not defaulting to the HD graphics chip."

    I've had 3 4 crashes in EU PC Cyrodiil (EU PC) so far this evening. Problem started today for me.

    Same on NA server. I've crashed 4-5 times in the past half hour, one of them at an empty Sej Outpost with no zergs nearby.

    I logged on last night immediately after the patch ended and had no trouble for a couple of hours in PC NA kaal. Wonder what time this issue came up?
