Gamma & brightness levels with 5.1.5

Gamma & brightness seems aren't configured properly with the new patch.
Everything is too bright, and does feel like the gamma level is set to default and doesn't read the correct setting value from the config file.
I was discussing this tonight and quite a few who have properly calibrated monitors and maxed out graphics observed the same thing.
