Which server are you getting lag on?
Try logging out for 10 to 15 minutes as this can help with lag issues that suddenly occur. Switching between megaserver can also help deal with desync and lag issues.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios
