Several times i have seen numerous animation issues in this game.
From simple items such as other players sprinting while mounted on their horse/mount, to players (myself included( mounted and half way in the floor.
The worst is in dungeons and trails, numerous times i have seen NPCs rush towards the tank in a dungeon, then stand still and do nothing for a couple of seconds, then suddenly my character dies. Death recap shows that specific NPC did a "special mechanic" and 1 shot killed my character.
A good example is doing Ruins of Mazzatun, where i was behind a stoneshaper NPC, and my character just died, death recap shows a shield bash for 33K damage. No warning, no animation, just died. The same with the sludge slingers, saw one charge at a group mate, then stopped half way in the charge and killed that player.
In almost any dungeon we do, from Banished Cells to Falkreath Hold, there is bound to be some animation issues, it would not be a big deal, but some friends still need no death runs here or there and you can imagine how frustrating it becomes when one faces such animation issues.
I remember even on Thursday vMOL 1st boss, he just froze for 3 seconds or so before the shield phase and then we all just died. Apparently the boss did start his shield phase, but since he was standing still we did not prepare ourselves, no aoes on out characters, just took max damage and died.
Anyone else experience some really messed up and frustrating animation issues? Surely i can not be the only one, am i?
