How many players can be in Old Mistveil Manor at once?

Thinking of buying Old Mistveil Manor as a guild hall for my guild, and I just wanted some confrimation from someone who owns it, as I have found conflicting information (some websites say it holds 12, some say it holds 24).

✭Old Mistveil Manor is classified as a large home and has a maximum of 12 characters, as do all large homes except Coldharbour Surreal Estate which has 24.2
