False God's Devotion Doesn't Work in PVP

The major expedition doesn't proc when you kill an enemy player. Is this a bug?

I dunno, haven't used it in pvp before, tbh, since it's kinda a pve set. Are you certain you landed the killing blow? May very well be a bug...
