kalunte✭✭✭✭✭range arent the same; and it's up to 6ppl, not 6ppl weither they are on a wall, behind a tree or whatever. still the morph should heal up to 3 ppl while RR should heal the caster +1.
having RR and mutagen randomly healing in pvp while requiring the caster to use a resto staff looks weird.
no idea how usefull those skills are in pve tho.1
