Petsorcs are quite literally the best class this patch and they take no skill to play.

If the second part of the quote is true, than even a less skilled player would beat the OP most of the time (since “it takes no skill to play”), but the first part of the quote only mentioned equally or better skilled opponent (which btw is true regardless of class or build!), so which is it?

Are you doing this on purpose because you have no argument, or are you genuinely this much of a..... special person.

Playing a mechanically brain dead class, does not degrade the player's skill level. Many players will switch to whatever class that is broken at that moment because they don't want to gimp themselves for Zenimax's lack of capability to understand/balance their own game. Yes, a lot of those people will be as bad as you at understanding even the most basic balance concepts like why a good player on an easy to play but strong class can be so dangerous, but that doesn't mean everyone sucks at the game.

Nobody, literally nobody wants to be the guy who fights the tryhard petsorcs right now, and there is a very good reason why.

Are stamDKs frustrating to fight against? Yes they are. The whole selling point of the class is being that slow juggernaut who is really good at messing up who stands in his way. what is the trade off? Absolute lack of mobility.

But does anybody wanna know the two big differences between a petsorc encounter and a stamDK one?

    1. The absolutely massive difference of in mobility. If you're on a sorc or nightblade and getting caught and rekt by a stamDK, chances are you got greedy and didn't use your mobility, and let the Dk beat your face for longer than neccessary. If the Dk has mobility then that means he sacrificed a gear set, using a bow, or using the steed mundus, in all of those cases there is a significant sacrifice involved and even with major expedition and medium armor, magsorc mobility is still superior, without a sacrifice involved, which would be fine if petsorc wasn't just as tanky and hit even harder than stamDks.

    2. The fact that those ''bashtard'' stamDks actually had to learn how to play the game instead of slotting some pets, a lightning staff and spamming heavy attacks all day long.

With bloodspawn, Heroic Slash and fossilize with a rock or a wall behind you so he cant teleport much. Drain his stamina and dont run after him, you cant move much so the match has to be on your field. With 3.5k wd you can maybe sacrifice nirnhorned/sharpened for decisive. For petsorcs the best is leave to them there playing 1vs0 XDD

Any sorc, not just the pet build, has the same mobility, so again, this has nothing to so with petsorcs.
Also, the “lightning staff heavy attack with pets” build you mentioned is not used in pvp, by anyone who wants to fight actual people and not npcs, and is irrelevant again.
You have to come up with better arguments, or people will just flat out ignore your anti sorc agenda, disguised as “petsorc fotm bashing”.

I don't bother, unless they won't leave me alone. A good one is really hard. You'll almost have to watch their shield stacking procedure, and time in a fossilize when they SHOULD refresh it, and leap/powerlash (or whatever) asap. If you fail, they get the point and leave you alone most of the time. Because they know you can take them out if you keep trying. It's frustrating and tiresome though, shield stack/streak ad infinitum.

Worst part is that these - just as so many others - start to hit you in the back as soon as you turn and leave them alone. Throw frags/flame or shock clench, haunting curse and all sorts of crap at you to make you turn back. I genuinely HATE that playstyle, which these and many nightblades specialize at. Run and flee as giggling little kids as soon as you chase them, and turn back for more as soon as you turn your back on them. Either fight or don't, as simple as that... Most dishonorable personality type ever.

I dueled and dueled Magsorcs because after they whined and cried and got wings reflect nerfed they all think they can brawl (magblades too).

On a MagDk the trick is keep wings up and go SnB. Go straight offensive on them. Keep them casting those shields. You have to pressure those fools. If they are smart they streak away. If they are cocky and stupid they’ll stick around in melee range and you can get them. Keep your buffs up and debuffs on them. Fossilize is your friend.

Bait them in. Sneak a heavy attack in on either bar so they think you’re low on resources. Keep wings UP and SURVIVE that burst.

Their shields are tough but they take damage and die like anybody else.

Clearly you are a man of high intellect. Totally, we should nerf the streak to solve the petsorc crisis, obviously the fact that petsorcs are almost unkillable has nothing to do with the petsorc crisis. Its the streak!

What an absolute genious, hats off to you sir.

English is not my main language, so you might have misunderstood what I was saying: You mentioned the mobility of petsorcs as an advantage of (specifically) pet builds, which I claimed is not true, since nonpet sorc have have the same mobility. What I am also saying is that you are biased towards sorcs in general and not only pet using ones. Which makes most, if not all, of your arguments subjective, which in turn weakens your stance to a point of being irrelevant.

Both DK's are in great positions right now and even next patch. Both are able to take on mag sorcs 1v1 and come out on top.
Just keep in mind how important it is to time your combo vs shield builds for when their shields are weak/off.
If target has 1k left on shield or no shield at all, that is when you need to land your CC+Ultimate combo to do true damage to their HP.
Other than that just comes down to individual play from the two.
