Hahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.
Nerf it more please, and don't rebuff snipe, skill-less playstyles should not be rewarded. You can nerf them for multiple patches in a row and they would still be viable, there is no reason to buff snipe or zoo keeper.

    This ruins all magika in PvE? No, it ruins a spec that has one of the lowest skillcaps, rightfully so.

    Decreased the damage per tick by approximately 33%. for Wall of Elements and morphs killed magicka almost all mag characters use a morph of Wall of Elements that with the decrease in survivability of magicka and other class specific nerfs theres no point in bringing a mag character into endgame trials.
