hi need Answer to my Ask I have ESO game On Xbox one and i have ALL DLC If i Link My Steam Account Can Get DLC ?? or Need By gain ?

AND i Move create New Account on PC EU server Cp1080
i play Trials i like it more i complete Vmol +VSS+Vhof+Vcr
i love these game and fun time with new people

    I believe you would need to buy it again.

    I don't think any purchases transfer between accounts even if linked.

    I'm not sure for Steam/Consoles TBH.

    I know for Twitch it's to do with Drops and streaming bonus.
