PC NA account. I am the GM of Auction House Central Trade Guild. Sunday I accidentally made another member GM and demoted myself due to lag in the server. I put in a ticket about it soon after. Monday I got a reply to the ticket about some other issue they were looking into that had nothing to do with why I filed a ticket. I updated the ticket to explain that but it has been over 24hrs with no response. On day 3 since the first ticket opened. I would like to have my rank back ASAP so I can run my guild effectively. The person who has the top rank is not logging in and may have quit the game. I need help! please reinstate my rank ASAP.
