Are Guilds Broken?

I was member of a few guilds, but now they have dissapeared and it seems I'm not in any.
The weird thing is if I go to a banker and select guild dtore I get one of my guilds and can even buy stuff, but if I try to change guild I'm not a member of any.
Does anyone else have this?
Also my main residence is no longer my main residence and I don't know how to change that
