Error 210 - Can't download patch manifest.
Greetings.
Since sometime around late morning today i have been unable log back into the game. I launch the game and get back the Error 210 - Unable to download the patch manifest. I run the repair tool, and it gives me back the exact same error. I run the Game Consultant and it gives me a report that as i scanned through, i couldn't see any fault on my end.
How can i fix this? Running the game through steam.

@Kbelovieira if you're playing from outside the US everyone i've talked to suggested getting a VPN service to at least go through the launcher.
