Is there such a thing as urgent support?

Bought ESO+ again yesterday, put card details in, and the page continuously loaded and then crashed. Money taken from account yet no ESO+ added to my account. Was going to buy a large crown pack after, but I definitely do not trust the system. Sent a support ticket in, hoping that maybe an issue like this would be looked at quickly, but nope. Any idea how long I could be waiting, as now I cannot play the game well due to no bank space, no DLC access etc, plus issues like this are somewhat concerning. Ticket number 190602-001218. I dont even care it's not solved yet, but to know someone is try to fix it would be good.
