✭✭No cooldown and yes it counts as a DoT--it used to proc skoria until they changed the way proc sets interact with each other a couple patches ago.1 -

Leeching and Bahraha's Curse can proc Valkyn.
I think it has something to do with how certain proc sets can't crit (ie: Leech/Bahraha) while others can (I think Overwhelming still can).Want to enjoy the game more? Try both PvP (crybabies) and PvE (carebears). You'll get a better perspective on everyone's opinion.

OS can too crit, may be bugged but have had friend confirm in recap.This set is cheese
Yes. However, still not as cheese as a Zoo Pet Sorc hiding behind mobile LOS in BG's or a Snipe spamming NB from Cloak in BG's...definitely not as cheese as live (Console) DB+S2W. OS is definitely performing well, but is not any cheesier than other sets/skills that are flat out OP*Cough *Cough Mage's Wrath spammers for kill steals2 -
