Probably a dumb question but does does Redguards passive Martial Training: Reduces the cost of your Weapon abilities by 8% work on ww skills?

Skelfish✭✭✭Werewolf skills are considered weapon abilities when it comes to procs from gear, such as Shadow of Red Mountain. If it's coded like that then it's likely they will proc the Redguard passive as well.6 -

That might just be your light/heavy attack weaving which inherit whatever equipment you had when you changed which are considered weapon abilities.
