Can’t text chat in game

Any help would be a appreciated. Just logged in on my account and cannot use text chat in the game. I even tried sending a hello emote in the game to one of my friends and it says chat restrictions. I even went on my social tab in game and the text chat menu is completely gone from my account. Anybody know how to fix this? I can’t even communicate with my guilds.
